Orders will be dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 2 business days via Sendle or Australia Post.

What are your delivery rates?

  • Shipping is free for orders over $80. Under $80, a flat rate delivery fee of $10 will apply at checkout. 
  • Express orders will be charges a flat delivery rate of $15.

International Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location. Please note that in addition to shipping charges, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes payable to you upon arrival. 

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched Linen Playground is not responsible for any losses. It's the customers responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier / delivery company to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, may not provide a replacement or refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking number within a few days, please check you have correctly spelt your email address and check your junk folder. If you still have not received an order please email hello@linenplayground.com.au with your order number and order details. 

My order is damaged, what do I do?

Firstly, please take a photo of how the shipping parcel arrives, along with the damage. Then please email hello@linenplayground.com.au with your order number and photos of the damaged product within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will do our best to accommodate your issue with damaged goods. 

How do in cancel or edit my order, once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we are unable to guarantee that any cancellations or edits will be made. We endeavour to pick and pack your orders quickly, so there may be no time to make any alterations or cancellations to your order. We will of course try our best to accommodate your requests, so please email hello@linenplayground.com.au with your order number and we will see how we can assist. 

My order has been returned to the Linen Playground studio, what do I do?

Please get in contact with us at hello@linenplayground.com.au and we will be happy to look into this for you. Please keep in mind, we have a $10 redelivery fee for Australian orders (international orders will incur an additional charge that is equal to the shipping cost) that applies for the below reasons. 

  • Incorrect postal address entered at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us. 
  • Not picking up your order from the post office or courier depot causing your order to be sent back to us.
